Struck

This picture of you

I have

is beautiful.

A fabulous blurry mistake.

It was not intentional

when I snapped the picture

but you look marvelously

classic.

There you are

on a stool,

legs crossed,

elbows on you knees,

and your chin ...

resting softly in your hands.

Your curly top hair

Curious yet innocent eyes

soft pressed lips -

You remind me

of a woman with class

who lived in the thirties.

When I see this picture,

I imagine

I am falling through space

meditating

what you are pondering

in this moment.

I am struck

I can not believe I took

this breath taking picture

of you.
